STOWE GARDENS

Displayed 19th October 2023 - 7th January 2024. 200 life-size soldier silhouettes were displayed within the natural landscape around Octagon Lake and Sleeping Wood in the idyllic gardens of National Trust - Stowe Gardens.

This installation alongside our Tommy silhouettes includes 13 new designs, all created from British soldiers who were part of the D-Day landings in 1944.

This moving statement of commemoration, remembrance, and honour offers visitors a space to reflect and connect.

Our installations are handmade and created by our community-based charity project to raise understanding and appreciation of our freedom and to remember and pay tribute to those who gave their lives so we could live ours today.
